Majority of grease traps are found inside the kitchen ranging in sizes of 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 75, 100 gallons and the cost of installation will start at $2,500. On the other hand, if the city requirement is to install a grease interceptor of 750, 1000, 1200, 1500, 2000, 2500 gallons or more the cost will be drastically different which can start at $20,000. Therefore, we highly suggest to call the city to determine their requirements.
